Devexa Intelligent Assistant
Devexa is an AI-powered digital assistant, not much different from Siri, Alexa or Google Assistant. This digital assistant was created by Devexperts, a trading platform development company which primarily focuses on outsourcing for forex brokers and other capital markets firms. The Devexa virtual assistant was first released in February 2019 is designed for assisting traders. Prior to this, Devexa was just a chatbot that could only interpret the text from messaging applications.
What Devexa can do
As a trader, you can give voice commands in one of the supported languages or chat via one of your favourite instant messaging applications. Devexa is an automated solution to provide a new means of trading interface and getting market information on-the-go. You can access information from your trading accounts to see your positions, orders, balance, P&L, as well as trade by placing market, and pending orders. Moreover, you can get live price updates, be show interactive charts and get news. Traders can talk to Devexa via instant messaging applications Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Viber or talk to Devexa via Google Assistant, Apple HomePod, Amazon Echo and Yandex Alice smart speakers.
How to get Devexa
First of all, your broker needs to onboard the tool and integrate it with their platform offering. Now, brokers using the cTrader platform can offer their traders a white-label of the virtual assistant. Until the recent introduction of cTrader support, the trading platforms which Devexa was integrated with were MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and dxTrade, which is Devexperts own platform which the company offers to brokers.

Evgeny Sorokin a former Spotware and FxPro executive and Conor O’Driscoll a former FxPro executive were both involved in the development of the assistant and commented on the news regarding the cTrader integration with the trading virtual assistant.
